Meet our PVM Team

Netwatch North America has a dedicated team, Netwatch PVM Support Services, to support our Partners with setting up their system with Netwatch and in the monitoring center.

They provide feedback on camera positioning, analytic setup, alarm communication, and site performance.

This team is led by our Director of PVM Support Services, Chris Spencer, and provides "best practices" guidance to our Partners.
The Netwatch PVM Support Services team is your primary contact at Netwatch for any site design or commissioning support-related inquiries.

Netwatch Customer Success supports customers from onboarding through ongoing service and optimization. Led by Robert Brent, this team manages onboarding, customer experience initiatives including reporting and review meetings, and customer care such as service tickets and site assistance. Their goal is to ensure a smooth experience, clear communication, and consistent value from your Netwatch monitoring solution.
